She studied at UNC Chapel Hill and in Spain, where she refined her love of color, texture, and architecture (and also learned that everything looks better with a little European flair). Stacy kicked off her career in the beautifully chaotic world of New York City real estate, where she quickly discovered her true passion wasn’t just helping people buy homes—it was transforming them.
In NYC, she mastered speed, style, and sourcing the perfect piece even when the elevator was broken and the delivery guy refused to carry it. That fast-paced training gave her the superpower she’s known for today: turning any space—from tiny condos to sprawling flips—into something warm, elevated, and effortlessly livable.
Back home in Charlotte, Stacy has become the creative heartbeat of Casa Stiles. She’s the mastermind behind mood boards, magical makeovers, and those “how did she even think of that?” design moments. Whether she’s pairing boucle with brass, choosing the perfect neutral, or convincing you that yes, you do need a statement arch, she brings vision, humor, and a signature style that makes every project feel like a boutique retreat.

Giles is the resident “house whisperer” of Casa Stiles—known for spotting potential in older Charlotte homes that most people only see after three mood boards and a prayer.
He started his career in London in 1998 managing beautiful (and occasionally crumbling) historic properties, which taught him two things:

After a stint in Miami, where he traded Victorian brickwork for Art Deco curves, Giles and his family landed in Charlotte in 2011. That’s when he discovered his true calling: breathing new life into the city’s aging gems, one renovation at a time.
With 25+ years of global real estate and renovation experience, Giles has become the guy who can walk into a 1970s split-level and immediately see a showstopper waiting underneath the popcorn ceilings. He brings craftsmanship, vision, and a dash of British sarcasm to every project—from gut renovations to clever design reworks—always focusing on preserving character while adding modern functionality.
As co-founder of Casa Stiles and DwellNova, Giles spends his days transforming neglected spaces into architectural love stories. He’s happiest with a floor plan in one hand, a laser level in the other, and a strong cup of tea nearby.

Before joining Casa Stiles, Frankie served as a Senior Managing Director at Goldman Sachs, where he famously generated $100 billion in revenue through strategic trading of rare French Bulldog pedigrees. Industry insiders still speak in hushed tones about “The Knuckles Arbitrage,” a high-risk, high-reward maneuver involving a sausage, three pugs, and a Swiss vault.
Despite countless offers from Fortune 500s, Frank was ultimately poached by Casa Stiles, drawn in by the company’s culture of creativity, innovation, and an above-average supply of plush office beds. Today, he oversees all internal operations, including but not limited to:
- Greeting guests with professional snorts
- Supervising productivity naps
- Conducting morale-boosting wiggle walks
- Enforcing strict treat-time punctuality
When he’s not keeping the office running like a well-oiled machine, Frankie enjoys sunbathing, judging everyone’s lunch choices, and avoiding any responsibilities that require thumbs.
